	Yukina; Twin Sister
	Yukina is one of the few that are truly very important to Hiei. He would do anything for her but at the same time he doesn't like how she acts in certain situations and being both quite stubborn they often butt heads. Nonetheless, After Yukina found out about Hiei being her brother, she seems to want to be around him without any problems. He's trying to make up for his lying and holding guilt for that. He never fully explained to her about that just yet but they're getting there.
Kurama :: Minamino, Shuuichi; Best Friend
Kurama is Hiei's best friend in speaking. They met under strange circumstances but they created a friendship that cannot be severed easily. People often mistake them for being in a relationship and it's implied as a joke but really both of these youkais are pretty asexual and their friendship is mutual. Hiei does respect Kurama but certain things tick him off about the fox but that is how it always had been. Kurama is someone he could rely on to have his back without a second thought.
	Youko Kurama; Uncertain
	Hiei is uncertain about Youko Kurama, the other side of his best friend. Youko is a heartless and ruthless bastard and that was how he always percieved it. He didn't trust Kurama as much in this form because of how he acts. Youko had many times made him quite uncomfortable and having the other near him being 'playful' was just downright annoying but since he's part of Kurama Hiei can't do much but keep it at a low down. Youko is a bastard and he would hurt him one day just not now.
Urameshi Yusuke; Friend
Hiei was beaten by Yusuke during his first mission. Hiei truly did hate him until then. Afterwards they started to get along and share similarities aka fighting and duking it out like morons they are but yeah. Yusuke is an important companion to Hiei. He spent a lot of time with him Kurama and Kuwabara to consider them close allies. Having Yusuke here is a relief but at the same time a bit troublesome but since he's here there's always a lot of things they can do. Hiei would pretty much kick people's asses for Yusuke's sake without a doubt.
